Executive Sous Chef
As Executive Sous Chef, Peter Mikuláš plays a pivotal role in The Artisan's sustainability projects. He oversees the rooftop apiary, home to 90,000 bees, contributing to the restaurant's production of honey, mead, and propolis tinctures. Peter's commitment to sustainable practices extends to the kitchen's operations, aligning with The Artisan's eco-friendly philosophy.
