David Rejhon serves as the Executive Chef at The Artisan, where he leads the culinary team with a focus on sustainability and innovation. His initiatives include rooftop beekeeping, fermentation, and the use of an in-house herb cultivator and composter. In recognition of his efforts, David received the prestigious "Chef of the Year" award.

As Executive Sous Chef, Peter Mikuláš plays a pivotal role in The Artisan's sustainability projects. He oversees the rooftop apiary, home to 90,000 bees, contributing to the restaurant's production of honey, mead, and propolis tinctures. Peter's commitment to sustainable practices extends to the kitchen's operations, aligning with The Artisan's eco-friendly philosophy.
